Delete your account
You can delete your GymActiv account at any time. Your account and all your data are then permanently erased.
In the app
- Open GymActiv and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and your account is removed immediately.
Without the app
No longer have the app? Email us from your account's email address with the subject Delete account. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is erased
- Your account, name and email address
- Profile, goals, meals, workouts and health data
- Progress photos, coach conversations, friends, chats and community posts
Everything is erased immediately; from backups within 30 days. Only accounting records we are legally required to keep remain until the end of that legal period.
Subscription
Deleting your account does not stop an active subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account.
